Senior AI Solutions Architect

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior AI Solutions Architect to join our team.

  • This is an exciting opportunity for a technical leader to design, build and deploy innovative AI solutions that drive business growth and improvement.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in AI, excellent communication skills, and experience in leading technical teams. They should be able to design and implement complex systems, ensure high-quality code, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Design the architecture for cost-efficiency and alignment with the overall vision
  • Implement major product components
  • Own the delivery timeline and coordinate complete product development
  • Take ownership of product releases, pre-planning infrastructure scaling as needed
  • Communicate clear goals, provide constructive feedback, manage and support the engineering team
  • Maintain high code quality through regular design and code reviews

Requirements:

  • Proven expertise in architecting and scaling AI Agent platforms with measurable adoption
  • Strong knowledge of RAG pipelines (retrieval optimization, reranking, chunking, knowledge graphs)
  • Deep experience with conversational AI systems and evaluation frameworks
  • Track record of scaling services to 200K+ MAUs or equivalent scale
  • 4+ years of engineering experience with demonstrated leadership in technical decision-making
  • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
  • Experience in Node.js and modern front-end frameworks (Vue.js/React/Angular) is a plus
