We are looking for an exceptional AI/Machine Learning Engineer to join our team.

  • Design, Develop, and Optimize AI and ML Products: In this role, you will be involved in building ground-breaking AI products that deliver exceptional user experiences.
  • Build Conversational AI Interfaces: You will build conversational AI interfaces that handle multi-turn customer interactions, maintain context across sessions, and seamlessly escalate to human agents when necessary.
  • Implement Advanced AI/ML Systems: Design and implement advanced AI/ML systems with a focus on LLMs, AI Agents, and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) architectures.
  • Lead Technical Initiatives: Collaborate with data scientists and ML researchers to implement and productionize new AI approaches and models.

Requirements:

  • Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent practical experience. 5+ years in backend software development using modern programming languages.
  • Skills and Qualifications: Demonstrated experience building production conversational AI systems, expertise in natural language understanding (NLU), intent classification, and entity extraction.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency with contact center platforms, A/B testing frameworks, compliance and security requirements for handling sensitive customer data.
