Job Title: Machine Learning Developer
  • We are seeking a seasoned Machine Learning Developer to join our team.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced machine learning engineer to design, develop, and implement cutting-edge AI solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in deep learning, software engineering, and experience working with large datasets.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Designing and implementing novel machine learning architectures using PyTorch or TensorFlow;
  • Developing and deploying high-quality models using Docker and RESTful APIs;
  • Working with cross-functional teams to integrate machine learning solutions into our product pipeline;
  • Collaborating with data scientists to design and develop data pipelines and feature engineering strategies;
  • Providing technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers;
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in machine learning and AI.

Requirements:

  • 4-6 years of experience in implementing deep-learning systems in Python, PyTorch/TensorFlow, and NumPy;
  • Solid software-engineering principles using Git, Docker, and REST/gRPC APIs;
  • Experience with Google Colab for rapid experimentation;
  • Familiarity with OpenCV and vector databases;
  • Proficiency using the Hub, Transformers, Datasets, and Inference Endpoints;
  • Demonstrated success delivering sub-100 ms inference latency via quantisation (INT8, FP16), pruning, and hardware-aware neural-architecture-search.
