Backend Engineer Role

We're shaping the future of conversational AI, and we need your expertise to build and scale our core backend infrastructure. Our AI teammates already resolve over 1M+ customer support tickets monthly for major enterprise customers across food delivery, crypto, and more.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and deploy scalable, production-ready Python code (Django experience a big plus)
  • Architect backend services and infrastructure for massive enterprise-grade scale
  • Deploy and manage systems on AWS or GCP with a focus on speed and reliability
Requirements
  • 5+ years of backend engineering experience with deep Python expertise (Django a plus)
  • Strong cloud skills (AWS or GCP), with familiarity in Kubernetes/Docker
  • Proven track record of building and scaling infrastructure in production
  • Prior startup experience or evidence of end-to-end ownership (founder, early team member, or shipped independent projects)
  • CS degree or equivalent professional foundation
