Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Success Associate to join our team. As a Customer Success Associate, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Your primary goal will be to provide proactive support and address customer queries efficiently. You will also be responsible for identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling while maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and feedback.

  • Deliver exceptional customer experiences through proactive engagement and timely issue resolution.
  • Identify opportunities for growth and development in customer relationships.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback.

To succeed in this role, you should possess excellent communication skills in English with no errors. Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-first approach are also essential. Both fresher and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.

We prefer candidates with experience in customer-facing sales roles. Our interview process includes HR Round, Written Assessment, Operations Round, and Client Round. The employment details include rotational shifts and working six days a week.
