Customer Excellence Coordinator Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our organization as a Customer Excellence Coordinator. In this role, you will work closely with the Supply, Trading and Shipping (ST&S) and Mobility & Convenience (M&C) Sales team to implement customer strategies.

Job Responsibilities

The Customer Excellence Coordinator will be responsible for:

  • Executing and coordinating sales manager deal negotiation analysis, account planning, account reviews, and gathering customer and industry insights.
  • Project managing the coordination of customer set up requests in SAP and a terminal system with various cross-functional teams.
  • Leading daily sales operational issues that arise in support of sales managers and customers.
  • Managing customer contractual commitments, including tracking, monitoring, and reporting.
  • Building and maintaining strong customer relationships through effective communication and issue resolution.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's degree.
  • 3+ years of experience in roles supporting sales, supply, marketing, and/or finance organizations.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills, specifically Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Consistent record of project management and/or coordination experience.
  • Experience with SAP and Salesforce is a plus.
