We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our High Net Worth (HNI) sales team in Stock and Equity Broking.
About the RoleIn this key leadership position, you will be responsible for acquiring and managing HNI relationships, mentoring and guiding a dynamic team of Relationship Managers, and driving significant growth in Assets Under Management (AUM).
Main Responsibilities- Acquire new HNI clients and develop strong ties with them by designing tailored financial plans and delivering expert investment advice.
- Lead and coordinate with your team to acquire new clients from Affluent & Super Affluent segments.
- Maintain robust client relationships and generate AUM from preferred clients.
- Support your team in advising clients on investments, managing their portfolios, and deepening wallet share from existing clients.
- Track client segments in the market for continuous new client acquisition and stay updated on available investment opportunities and financial market trends.
- Proven experience in acquiring and managing HNI client relationships.
- Able to lead, mentor, and motivate a team of Relationship Managers.
- Strong understanding of financial planning, investment products, and market trends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build trust and advise high-net-worth individuals.
