Key Position: Business Development Specialist
About the Role:As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving business growth in the Indian subcontinent through strategic planning and execution.
Responsibilities:- Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers across various levels of the organization to drive sales growth.
- Identify potential target markets and work closely with stakeholders to develop and implement strategies that meet business objectives.
- Effectively manage sales channels by selecting, managing, and evaluating agents and distributors to maximize revenue.
- Closely coordinate with global departments to support strategic business goals and objectives.
- Conduct market research activities such as market analysis, competitor analysis, product placement analysis, and local price level analysis to inform business decisions.
- A bachelor's degree in a relevant field with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
- Basic knowledge of lubricants and its application is preferred.
Additional skills and abilities required for this position include technical sales acumen, self-motivation, enthusiasm, target orientation, teamwork, and good communication skills.
