Job Title: Hiring Manager Assistant

We are seeking a motivated professional to join our team as a Hiring Manager Assistant in India. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about supporting HR functions and ensuring smooth administrative processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in recruitment processes, including job postings, resume screening, and interview scheduling.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and databases.
  • Support the onboarding process for new hires, including document collection and orientation scheduling.
  • Assist with payroll processing and ensure timely disbursement of salaries.
  • Help organize employee engagement activities and training sessions.
  • Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits.
  • Assist with performance management processes, including tracking and documentation.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Strong understanding of HR practices and labor laws in India.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HR software.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Basic knowledge of payroll systems and employee benefits administration.
