About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Performance Marketing Executive to join our team.

This role involves managing Google Ads & Facebook Ads accounts to achieve client goals. You will analyze campaign data using tools like Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity, creating experiments to optimize performance.

Additionally, you will track and report campaign performance metrics and other KPIs. You will collaborate on creative ideation for ad creatives and video content.

Responsibilities also include monitoring monthly campaign spend and planning for upcoming months, leading client calls, presenting data insights and performance updates.

You will coordinate with team members using Slack and project management tools to ensure seamless execution.

  • At least 1 year experience managing Google Ads and Facebook Ads campaigns
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative thinker with a passion for continuous learning and staying updated with industry trends.
  • Strong analytical skills to break down data and derive actionable insights.
  • Ability to take ownership of projects and ensure their successful execution.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks.
