About the Role

We're seeking a strategic Performance Marketer who can drive measurable ROI across multiple digital channels.

  • Develop and execute paid campaign strategies (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.).
  • Create and manage ad creatives, targeting, and budgets for clients.
  • Analyze and report campaign performance (CPC, CPL, ROAS, CPA).
  • Conduct A/B testing to maximize results.
  • Optimize campaigns for lead generation, conversions, and brand awareness.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in managing paid ad campaigns (agency experience preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, and remarketing strategies.
  • Understanding of conversion tracking, pixels, and analytics dashboards.
  • Ability to manage multiple client campaigns with ownership.
  • Strong analytical mindset and ROI-driven approach.
