Global HR Leader Job Description

Beeontrade is expanding its operations across multiple regions and requires an experienced Global Head of HR & People to lead the company's HR, people, and performance management systems worldwide.

This strategic corporate role involves developing and scaling Beeontrade's HR framework, policies, compliance, performance, and leadership development globally.

Key Responsibilities:

  • The executive HR leader will oversee all Beeontrade regions, establishing the company's corporate-level HR framework — policies, compliance, performance, and leadership development.
  • The successful candidate will design scalable systems for HR operations, employee relations, and talent management across multiple geographies.
  • They will build the full HR function in India as the corporate HQ backbone, overseeing local HR operations and acting as a strategic partner to India-based executives.
  • Leading full-cycle recruiting globally, from strategy to execution, building diverse and high-performing teams.
  • Developing Beeontrade-wide training, onboarding, and development programs to support long-term growth.
  • Building a global performance management system with measurable KPIs and accountability frameworks.
  • Driving company-wide engagement, retention, and career development initiatives.
  • Ensuring compliance with local employment laws in each region and drafting and maintaining global employee handbooks, contracts, and policies.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of HR leadership experience, ideally in a global or multinational company.
  • Proven experience building HR systems from scratch in a growth-stage environment.
  • Deep knowledge of India HR laws and experience running India HR operations.
  • Track record of managing global HR strategy across multiple regions.
  • Strong ability to work with C-level executives and influence business outcomes.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Willingness to travel internationally to Beeontrade offices.
