  • A proven track record of success in quality assurance or content moderation roles, emphasizing process improvement.
  • High levels of critical and analytical thinking.
  • Excellent attention to detail and error detection skills.
  • Proficiency with QA software and tools.
  • Knowledge of content standards and norms for online platforms.
  • The ability to coach and deliver constructive criticism.
  • Skills in data analysis and reporting.
  • Team management experience is preferred.
