Financial Operations SpecialistJoin our team of skilled financial professionals in a dynamic and challenging role that combines accounting, finance, and business acumen. As a Financial Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless day-to-day operations within the finance department.Key Responsibilities:
  • Process Accounts Payable transactions, including purchase orders, invoices, and goods received notes (GRNs)
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with tax regulations, company policies, and industry standards
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and optimize financial workflows
  • Analyze data to identify trends and areas for cost savings
  • Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field; Master's degree preferred
  • Minimum 2-7 years of experience in Accounts Payable or similar financial role
  • Strong knowledge of MS Excel and proficiency in pivot tables, lookups, and reconciliations
  • Prior experience in US Shared Services an asset

About this Role:
