- Proven experience in Sales Management, Team Leadership, and Client Relationship Management.

- Strong expertise in developing sales strategies, market analysis, and forecasting.

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

- Proficient in customer service and resolving client concerns efficiently.

- Analytical thinker with data-driven decision-making capabilities.

- Ability to work independently and lead a team effectively on-site.

- Preferred: Experience in the housing finance sector and familiarity with mortgage products.

- Master's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
