Job Title:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Financial Director to lead the financial operations of a manufacturing plant in Jaipur, India.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic financial plans, budgets, and forecasts to drive business growth and profitability.
  • Oversee cost efficiency, financial reporting, and manage a high-performing finance team.
  • Provide insightful financial analysis and recommendations to optimize financial performance.
  • Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and prepare timely financial reports for senior management.
  • Establish and maintain robust internal controls and ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations, corporate policies, and internal SOPs.
  • Lead initiatives to enhance financial operations, improve cost efficiency, and provide financial analysis for plant costs and variances.
  • Build, lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing finance team within the plant.
  • Identify and manage financial risks and act as custodian of the organization's risk register.
  • Coordinate with auditors, manage audit processes, and provide financial information and insights to senior management and stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Chartered Accountant (CA) with proficiency in SAP/HANA 4.0 or above and a minimum of 18 years of experience in managing large plant finance & accounting.
