Lead Finance Operations

We are looking for a strategic and hands-on Finance Controller to oversee all financial activities of the company.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading annual budgeting, forecasting, and business planning cycles, driving unit economics, margin analysis, and cost optimization. They will also build financial models for retail expansion, new product launches, and channel growth, as well as oversee day-to-day accounting, TDS, GST filings, and compliance.

Key responsibilities include implementing and managing systems for inventory valuation, COGS, and SKU-level costing, tracking vendor payments, purchase cycles, and supply chain flow, monitoring and optimizing cash flows, receivables, and payables, managing banking relationships, credit lines, and fund flow planning, developing dashboards and KPIs to track performance across channels, and preparing board reports, investor decks, and fundraising support.

Requirements include qualification in CA or MBA (Finance) with equivalent experience, strong knowledge of accounting principles, GST, and Indian taxation, hands-on experience with Tally/Zoho/QuickBooks + Excel/Google Sheets, and strong business acumen and ability to work cross-functionally. Plus, experience in fundraising, investor relations, or managing due diligence is a plus.
