Job Title: Strategic Implementation Leader

Job Summary

The Strategic Implementation Leader is responsible for overseeing the successful implementation of product suites for key customer accounts.

This role requires a strong leader to mentor and guide implementation consultants, ensuring effective work delivery and optimal solution design that meets client business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Mentor and guide implementation consultants to ensure effective work delivery.
  • Manage a large portfolio of customer accounts, ensuring solution design meets client business requirements.
  • Oversee the entire implementation cycle end-to-end, working closely with stakeholders within each account.
  • Develop strategies for each engagement by identifying critical success criteria, measurable milestones, potential risks, and recommended plans of action.
  • Collaborate with internal resources to meet project timelines and customer expectations.
  • Evaluate deliverables using standard testing methods, validation, and user acceptance testing.
Qualifications and Skills
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in the software industry.
  • PMP and ITIL certifications are highly valued.
  • 12+ years of experience with 6+ years of strong consulting, customer delivery, and people management skills.
  • Experience with business software, such as ERP, CRM, Payroll, HRIS, SAAS applications is an advantage.
  • Strong business acumen and experience dealing with challenging situations.
  • Expertise in setting and managing customer expectations at an enterprise level.
  • Knowledge of business processes, system development, process improvements, and gathering business requirements.
