Finance Director Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced finance professional to lead our financial operations and ensure the overall integrity of our financial reporting.

Job Description:

As a finance director, you will be responsible for maintaining robust accounting systems, implementing financial controls, and ensuring compliance with Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS) and RBI guidelines.

You will also lead a large team of finance professionals, collaborate directly with banking leadership, and foster a culture of performance, accountability, and continuous improvement.

  • Maintain accurate and timely completion of all financial activities and reporting.
  • Ensure proper design, review, and maintenance of the chart of accounts to meet evolving business and regulatory requirements.
  • Build, coach, and mentor a team of 35-40 finance professionals.

The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills in core banking platforms, ERP systems, and MS Excel. Exceptional leadership abilities, analytical skills, and excellent communication skills are required to excel in this role.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong working knowledge of core banking platforms (Finacle, Flexcube).
  • ERP systems (SAP, Oracle).
  • Advanced MS Excel.
  • Exceptional ability to lead large teams, drive change, and influence at the executive level.
