The Role of a Finance Director.

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced finance leader to oversee the delivery of high-quality services across all service lines of Finance and Accounting. This includes managing service delivery, ensuring agreed-upon service levels are met, and establishing strong governance models with internal and external stakeholders.

This leader will act as the single point of contact for escalations related to service delivery, providing updates to relevant stakeholders on changes and driving team motivation through effective leadership.

Responsibilities include reviewing and approving resource planning and staffing, ensuring client satisfaction and successful audits, and promoting diversity and inclusion across global teams.

This position requires explicit data analytics and AI integration for decision-making, operational efficiency, and predictive performance optimization.

Effective collaboration with various teams is essential to drive transformation, knowledge transfers, and audit compliance.

Strategic vision, problem-solving skills, innovation, digital proficiency, financial acumen, people leadership, technological and digital proficiency, risk management, and governance compliance are required for this role.

Minimum qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in business or a related field, MBA or equivalent preferred, and relevant experience in senior global operations roles.
