Job Title: Business Operations Associate
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with speakers, editors, and POCs for scheduled recordings.
- Maintain detailed tracking sheets for video recordings, edits, and reviews.
- Act as a communication bridge between teams.
- Assist in arranging equipment and confirming speaker availability.
- Ensure quality and review management.
Requirements:
