Key Position: Commercial Support Associate

The successful candidate will be a vital team member in our commercial department, ensuring seamless operations and high levels of efficiency.

This full-time position is based in Pune, requiring an organized and detail-oriented individual who can provide administrative support to the sales team and handle day-to-day tasks with ease.

Primary Responsibilities:
  • Administrative Services: Provide timely and accurate assistance to the commercial department, including preparing and managing documents, handling communications with clients and vendors, and maintaining records.
  • Sales Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to ensure seamless operations, high levels of efficiency, and effective management of client and vendor relationships.
  • Logistics Coordination: Coordinate logistics and manage client and vendor interactions, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, both written and verbal, and have experience in supporting sales teams and handling commercial operations. A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field is preferred, and prior experience in a similar role is a plus.
