
Business Operations Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled project administrator to coordinate internal resources and third-party vendors for the successful execution of projects.
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects
- Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and with efficient resource allocation
- Develop project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
- Manage resource availability and allocation effectively
- Develop a detailed project plan to track progress and measure performance
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Effective communication and stakeholder management
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Project and Microsoft Planner
- Hands-on experience with project management tools (e.g. Basecamp or Trello)
