Engineering Leadership Position

This role involves driving large engineering teams to build scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions. As a leader, you will be responsible for providing architecture support, troubleshooting issues, and assisting in technical implementations. Occasionally, you may be required to contribute as a hands-on developer when needed.

  • Expertise in software architecture design, cloud platforms, and leading development teams is required.
  • You should leverage your knowledge of multiple tech stacks to enhance project accuracy, quality, and efficiency.
  • Oversight of development teams, ensuring best practices and technical guidance, is also necessary.
  • Conducting training sessions and mentoring developers on technical best practices is an important part of this role.
  • Evaluating coding standards, design principles, and architectural best practices is also crucial.

Skill Requirements:

  • 7+ years of experience working with multiple backend technologies.
  • Hands-on expertise in at least two of the following tech stacks: Nodejs, MEAN, Reactjs, MERN, Python.
  • Strong experience in designing and developing robust, scalable, and high-performance applications.
  • In-depth knowledge of Cloud platforms (preferably AWS).
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps methodologies.
  • Experience with design patterns and best software architecture practices.
  • Strong leadership, mentoring, and coaching abilities.
  • Creative problem-solving skills with the ability to balance detail and big-picture perspectives.
  • Backend: PHP, Python, Ruby on Rails, Node.js
  • Frontend (if applicable): React.js, Angular.js
  • Cloud & DevOps: AWS, CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes
  • Databases: MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with microservices architecture and distributed systems.
  • Knowledge of GraphQL and API design best practices.
  • Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and container orchestration.
  • Exposure to AI/ML-based solutions in backend applications.
  • Prior experience in performance optimization and security best practices.
