Job Title: Service Designer

Location: Bangalore, Hybrid

Reports To: Director of Innovation

We are looking for a profile with a design background, sensitive to user-centered design methodologies such as User Research, Systems Design, and Service Design to design and deliver innovation programs for corporate clients. Our ideal candidate will have expertise in crafting tailored solutions that align with client-specific needs and objectives.

In direct collaboration with the Director of Innovation, you will :

  • Innovation Program Design & Management- Create detailed proposals that meet client goals and requirements.
  • Research and Stakeholder Engagement- Conduct stakeholder interviews and identify opportunities with a range of clients where human-centered innovation can drive value.
  • Conduct user research- Derive insights to inform strategic directions and create qualitative analysis reports and insights documentation for client projects.
  • Provide methodology support- Offer guidance to corporate teams throughout each project phase: user research, ideation, prototyping, and user testing.
  • Identify opportunities- Find areas where service design and human-centered innovation can add client value.
  • Contribute to methodology evolution- Help refine Link methodologies to better serve our clients.

Your Profile:

  • At least 2 years of experience as a designer in the innovation space.
  • Master user-centered design methodologies at every step of the service design process.
  • Strong facilitation skills for workshops and training sessions.
  • Exceptional ability to synthesize qualitative insights into actionable strategies.
  • Understanding of technological trends and challenges.
  • Proficiency in presentation software (PPT / Keynote).
