Your Role in Our Company

The Senior Associate Service/Product Offer Management Specialist is a developing subject matter expert responsible for managing the lifecycle of a product or service. This role brings valuable knowledge of a product or service to the crafting of technical solutions in support of clients, ensuring that their crafted solutions meet client requirements.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Engage with engineers, consultants, technical architects, and solution architects to ensure crafted solutions meet client needs.
  • Achieve set and agreed product sales to meet specified financial goals.
  • Deliver product training to client-facing staff.
  • Support the sales team to equip them to close deals involving products and services.
  • Analyze product data to establish trends and insights using internal and external sources.
  • Help convert knowledge and ideas into new or improved products, processes, and services.
  • Research and interpret competitor offerings and market trends against the client base with a focus on data analysis.
  • Determine the appropriateness of pricing for existing and new investment strategies in line with projected value, competitor offerings, and market trends.
  • Support product design and modeling/testing of new and existing solutions.
  • Draft and maintain product specifications documents.
  • Support the evaluation of market trends associated with the particular product or product line.
  • Provide product knowledge input assistance for compiling client proposals.
  • Write RFI/RFP responses and bids and obtain vendor product certification for the product portfolio.
  • Be involved in the product development lifecycle to understand how new products or new product features will impact both the end user and client-facing areas that directly support end users.

Knowledge and Attributes:

  • Developing knowledge of product lifecycles and technology solutions.
  • Developing knowledge of product management disciplines and tools.
  • Demonstrate financial awareness and commercial acumen.
  • Possess strategic thinking skills with sound presentation and public speaking abilities.
  • Developing problem analysis and solution formulation capabilities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication ability.
  • Developing understanding of the organization's transformation and change programs.
  • Demonstrate a sound understanding of the technologies related to product areas.
  • Developing understanding of the product's functionality and capability.
  • Displays an astute mind-set with critical thinking ability.

Academic Qualifications and Certifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Information Technology or Computer Science or Business or related field.
  • Relevant certifications such as Scaled Agile and ITIL are beneficial.

Required Experience:
  • Modest level experience in a similar position, preferably gained within a global technology services organization.
  • Modest level experience gained within the technology industry.
  • Modest level track record managing the implementation of new products or product lines.
