As a Senior Associate Service/Product Offer Management Specialist, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and shaping the future of our clients.

Your Day at NTT DATA

You will be responsible for managing the lifecycle of a product or service, from development to launch and beyond. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that our solutions meet client needs and exceed expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with engineers, consultants, and solution architects to craft solutions that meet client requirements.
  • Develop and execute product sales strategies to achieve financial goals.
  • Deliver product training to client-facing staff to ensure they have the knowledge and skills needed to succeed.
  • Provide support to the sales team to ensure they have the information and resources needed to close deals.
  • Analyze product data to identify trends and insights that can inform business decisions.
  • Contribute to the development of new products and services that meet client needs and drive business growth.
  • Monitor the competitive landscape and identify opportunities to enhance existing products or develop new ones.
  • Develop and maintain product specifications documents to ensure clarity and consistency.
  • Support market research and analysis to inform product development and sales strategies.
  • Develop and deliver RFI/RFP responses and bids to secure new business.
  • Obtain vendor product certification to ensure compliance and quality.
  • Participate in product development life cycles to understand the impact of new products or features on clients and the business.

Knowledge and Attributes:

  • Developing knowledge of market segments and product portfolio categories.
  • Developing knowledge of product lifecycles and technology solutions.
  • Developing knowledge of product management disciplines and tools.
  • Financial awareness and commercial acumen.
  • Strategic thinking skills with sound presentation and public speaking abilities.
  • Problem analysis and solution formulation capabilities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication ability.
  • Understanding of the organization's transformation and change programs.
  • Sound understanding of technologies related to product areas.
  • Understanding of product functionality and capability.
  • Astute mindset with critical thinking ability.

Academic Qualifications and Certifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Information Technology, Computer Science, or Business.
  • Relevant certifications such as Scaled Agile and ITIL are beneficial.

Required Experience:

  • Moderate level experience in a similar position, preferably gained within a global technology services organization.
  • Moderate level experience gained within the technology industry.
  • Moderate level track record managing the implementation of new products or product lines.
