About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Associate Service/Product Offer Management Specialist to join our team at NTT DATA. This role is responsible for managing the lifecycle of a product or service, ensuring that crafted solutions meet client requirements and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement product strategies that meet client needs and drive revenue growth.
  2. Manage product lifecycles, including product development, launch, and maintenance, to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
  3. Develop and maintain product knowledge and stay up-to-date with market trends and competitor offerings.
  4. Provide training and support to client-facing teams to ensure they are equipped to effectively promote and sell products.
  5. Analyse product data to establish trends and insights, using internal and external sources to inform product decisions.
  6. Contribute to the development of new or improved products, processes, and services by researching and interpreting market trends and competitor offerings.
  7. Determine the appropriateness of pricing for existing and new products, taking into account projected value, competitor offerings, and market trends.
  8. Support the evaluation of market trends associated with specific products or product lines.
  9. Provide product knowledge input to compile client proposals and develop RFI/RFP responses and bids.
  10. Support the development and maintenance of product specifications documents.
  11. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand how new products or product features impact both end-users and client-facing areas.

Requirements:

  • Developing knowledge of market segments and product portfolio categories.
  • Developing knowledge of product lifecycles and technology solutions.
  • Developing knowledge of product management disciplines and tools.
  • Demonstrates financial awareness and commercial acumen.
  • Possesses strategic thinking skills with sound presentation and public speaking abilities.
  • Developing problem analysis and solution formulation capabilities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication ability.
  • Developing understanding of the organization's transformation and change programs.
  • Demonstrate a sound understanding of the technologies related to product areas.
  • Developing understanding of the product's functionality and capability.
  • Displays an astute mind-set with critical thinking ability.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Information Technology or Computer Science or Business or related field.
  • Relevant certifications such as Scaled Agile and ITIL are beneficial.
