Key Responsibilities:- Full-Cycle Recruitment Ownership: Proactively source and identify top candidates for specialized roles, including software developers, data engineers, and ERP experts (technical and functional), using advanced sourcing techniques and Boolean search methods.
- Expert-Level Technical Sourcing: Aggressively source and identify high-caliber candidates who match client technical and cultural needs, utilizing the STEPS-AI Talent Platform and creative strategies.
- Candidate Relationship Management: Develop and sustain trust-based, long-term relationships with candidates through consistent communication and support, ensuring each new hire is effectively onboarded, project-ready, and supported throughout the assignment.
- Ongoing Post-Placement Support: Maintain regular engagement with placed candidates, addressing any issues that arise and ensuring their satisfaction, alignment with client expectations, and successful integration.
To succeed in this role, you must possess:
- Technical Recruiting Expertise with Screening Precision: Extensive experience recruiting for roles such as Software Developers, Data Engineers, Product and ERP specialists, with refined technical and cultural assessments.
- Full-Cycle Candidate Engagement & Relationship-Building: Proven ability to establish and maintain robust candidate relationships through clear communication, regular follow-up, and engagement from initial contact through onboarding and ongoing project support.
- Expert Sourcing & Follow-Up Skills: Advanced sourcing expertise, including Boolean search and effective use of LinkedIn Recruiter and the STEPS-AI Talent Platform, paired with a rigorous follow-up strategy.
