
Mobilsation Campaign Lead

We are seeking a skilled Mobilisation Manager to oversee our campus outreach initiatives and build strategic partnerships with key stakeholders. This role will involve planning and executing large-scale mobilisation campaigns, developing strong relationships with vocational institutes and training partners, and ensuring the successful onboarding of candidates onto our platform.
The ideal candidate will have 6-8 years of experience in mobilisation, campus placements, institutional partnerships, or community engagement, preferably within the vocational or skill development sectors. They will possess excellent stakeholder management skills, a proven track record of planning and executing high-volume onboarding drives, and a good command of English and Hindi, with knowledge of an additional regional language a plus.
As a field-heavy role, this position will require significant travel to vocational institutes across Bareilly and nearby industrial clusters, with occasional trips to other states as needed. The successful candidate will be able to work independently, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and provide weekly/monthly reports to leadership.
Key Responsibilities:- Build and maintain relationships with vocational institutes, Training & Placement Officers, Principals, and other skilling partners.
- Plan and execute mobilisation campaigns, including campus drives, marshaling camps, job-fairs, bootcamps, e-onboarding sessions, and placement workshops.
- Own end-to-end candidate funnel from outreach to registration, eligibility screening, skill-tagging, digital onboarding, and placement handover.
- Coordinate logistics for on-site drives and manage third-party mobilisers/agencies when required.
- Conduct pre-screening, basic assessments, documentation verification, and ensure quality of candidate data captured.
- Work closely with recruitment/delivery teams to ensure smooth handover, follow-up for joining, and improve offer-to-join conversion.
- Drive candidate engagement: orientation sessions, basic employability workshops, and communication via calls/SMS/WhatsApp.
- Develop and maintain MIS/dashboard to track outreach, registrations, conversions, placement outcomes, and institute-level metrics. Provide weekly/monthly reports to leadership.
- Negotiate and close Memorandums of Understanding (MoUs) or partnership agreements with institutes and training organisations.
- Represent us at local skilling events, government skilling centres, NSDC/State Skill Council meetings, and build referral channels.
- Train and manage field mobilisation teams, set targets, run incentive schemes, and ensure SLA adherence.
- Capture feedback and insights from institutes and candidates to improve platform UX, onboarding flow, and mobilization playbooks.
- 6–8 years of experience in mobilisation, campus placements, institutional partnerships, community engagement, or recruitment.
- Strong existing contacts or demonstrable experience working with ITIs, Polytechnics, TPOs, training partners, or NSDC/state skill councils is a major advantage.
- Excellent stakeholder management – able to build trust with Principals, TPOs, training managers, and local authorities.
- Proven track record of planning and executing high-volume onboarding drives and events.
- Strong field orientation – comfortable with frequent travel, overnight stays, and working on-site at institutes and industrial clusters.
- Good command of English and Hindi; knowledge of an additional regional language relevant to target geographies is a plus.
- Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple mobilization projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency with CRM/ATS tools, Google Sheets/Excel, and basic data dashboarding.
- Good presentation and training skills; comfortable running group sessions and short assessment tests.
- Field-heavy role – significant travel to vocational institutes across Bareilly and nearby industrial/education clusters; occasional travel to other states as needed.
- Flexible work hours during mobilisation campaigns and events.
