We are seeking a seasoned Inside Sales Manager to lead our team of telecallers in generating leads and driving sales for second home properties.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leadership experience in a telecalling or sales environment, with a strong understanding of real estate, particularly in the second home market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Motivating, training, and supervising telecallers to improve their performance and efficiency
