This is a full-time, on-site role for a customer-focused professional located in Bengaluru.
The Customer Experience Manager will be responsible for overseeing a team of customer service representatives, ensuring customer satisfaction, resolving customer issues.
Day-to-day tasks include monitoring performance, developing strategies to enhance the customer experience, handling escalations, and improving service processes.

Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and new technologies to continuously improve service delivery.
