  • Lead Consulting Team: Oversee daily operations, guiding interns and executives to achieve deadlines and maintain quality.
  • Client Delivery: Provide expert advisory to clients, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and maximum benefits.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Experience: 3–5 years of relevant experience in a Consulting firm, Chartered Accountant office, or Export/Compliance industry.
  • Knowledge Areas: GST, IGST refunds, exports, MCA filings, subsidy schemes, audit processes, and international trade consulting.
  • Leadership Skills: Proven track record of consulting delivery and client management, strong skills in strategic planning, operations, and leadership.
  • Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or International Business (MBA/CA Inter preferred).
