Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead and deliver consulting assignments through hospitality, tourism, and leisure.

The successful candidate will oversee cross-functional teams, coordinate with clients and stakeholders, and ensure that all projects are executed on time, within scope, and to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leverage strong project management capabilities to plan, execute, and deliver consulting projects from initiation to completion.
  • Define project scopes, objectives, timelines, budgets, and resource plans in alignment with client requirements and internal governance.
  • Manage day-to-day project activities, ensuring adherence to SOPs and approval processes.
  • Coordinate and supervise the work of consultants, analysts, and external partners to achieve project milestones.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication, expectation management, and satisfaction.
  • Prepare and deliver high-quality reports, presentations, and strategic recommendations to clients.
  • Monitor project risks and proactively develop mitigation strategies.
  • Support business development activities by managing proposals, timelines, and tender submissions.
  • Provide post-project reviews and lessons learned to support continuous improvement.
Qualifications & Requirements

A bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as hospitality management, economics, business administration, tourism, or a related field is required. A master's degree is preferred.

A minimum of 5-7 years of experience in consulting, ideally within real estate, tourism, or hospitality sectors, is required.

Candidates must have a strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools.

Proven experience leading multi-stakeholder projects in complex environments is essential.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate insights into actionable recommendations, are necessary.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English are required.

Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Excel, PowerPoint, and project collaboration platforms is expected.

Candidates must be able to work under pressure, manage multiple assignments, and travel to the GCC if required.
