Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to support our people operations as an HR Intern. This is an excellent opportunity for students or young professionals to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment.

This role involves assisting in recruitment processes, maintaining employee records, managing executive calendars, drafting emails, preparing reports, and coordinating meetings.

The ideal candidate should have strong organizational skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills, proficiency in MS Office, and the ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in recruitment processes including shortlisting, scheduling interviews, and onboarding.
  • Support daily HR operations such as maintaining employee records and handling queries.
  • Manage executive calendars, appointments, and follow-ups.
  • Draft emails, prepare reports, and assist with documentation.
  • Coordinate meetings, take minutes, and ensure task completion.
