As a key member of the HR team, you will provide support to the UK and Ireland cluster in delivering an exceptional HR service. Your primary role will be to act as the first point of contact for employees regarding all HR-related queries.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • - Provide accurate and timely responses to employee inquiries via our centralised HR Inbox.
  • - Manage administrative tasks related to new starter onboarding, leaver offboarding, and employment lifecycle movements.
  • - Administer internal movements, including visa administration.
  • - Ensure data accuracy and attention to detail when inputting payroll information and maintaining records.
  • - Manage benefit administration and maintain employee files.
  • - Report regularly on HR metrics, such as absence.
  • - Maintain HR database with timely updates and adherence to relevant procedures.
  • - Collaborate with HR Business Partners to implement local HR solutions.
  • - Provide guidance and advice to line managers and employees on employee lifecycle and policies.
">Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Education:
  • - Relevant third-level qualification in HR, Business, or Legal.
  • Experience:
  • - 1-2 years of relevant HR administration experience.
  • Skills:
  • - High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • - Proficiency in MS Office suite, particularly MS Excel.
  • - Knowledge of HR systems.
