Job Opportunity:

As a specialist in human resources systems and solutions, you will play a critical role in supporting the implementation and configuration of Workday's Core HCM and Security modules. This will involve working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality services and contributing to the development of technology-related HR initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Configure advanced settings within Workday's Core HCM and Security modules to meet business requirements
  • Collaborate with HR Technology teams and product experts to research, evaluate, plan, design, and deploy technology-related HR projects
  • Identify and recommend enhancements to HR Technology to support the success of HR teams and business stakeholders
  • Administer and monitor critical path release activities while resolving or escalating technical issues
  • Apply Amgen's information security and privacy policies to ensure confidentiality and integrity of HR data
  • Provide consultation and training on Workday best practices to HR teams and stakeholders

Requirements:

  • Master's degree and 4-6 years of experience in HRIS, or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience configuring Workday's Core HCM and Security modules
  • Previous experience implementing Core HCM and Security within Workday
  • Demonstrated success rolling out new HR technologies in fast-paced Agile environments
  • Experience with HR technology solutions involving business processes, workflow, and systems implementation
