Domain Expertise Specialist

We are looking for a Domain Expertise Specialist to help us grow and expand our client engagements within various industries such as automotive, aerospace, industrial machinery, electrical equipment, farm equipment, construction, heavy equipment, and power generation.

  • The ideal candidate should have the ability to strategize and deliver process and IT technology transformational initiatives via consulting skills.
  • They should provide thought leadership delivering business value to clients, developing reusable assets in the process.
  • Developing innovative solutions using digital and emerging technologies in context of client problems.
  • Contribute to business growth by identifying opportunities and influencing downstream IT projects.

The candidate should have direct experience gained ideally within the continuous manufacturing industry and/or a consulting firm.

Desired skillset for this role includes work experience and knowledge in product development process areas in continuous manufacturing industry (BOM management, configuration management etc.), in-depth knowledge in manufacturing value chain processes, industry trends, and enabling technologies.

Responsibilities include providing subject matter expertise to front office client engagements, advising clients on best of breed solutions from process and technology standpoint, leading and helping shape solution approaches and design.
