Prospective candidates should be interested in deep diving into technology and developing cutting-edge expertise.

  • Designing user interfaces for internal and mobile banking websites, native mobile applications, financial apps, and web applications.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams throughout the design process.
  • Participating in development from definition through design, build, test, release, and maintenance.
  • Breaking down complex design problems into actionable chunks and solving them with clarity and precision.
  • Staying up-to-date on the latest standards, changes, trends in mobile design.
  • Creating graphic design assets such as website banners, event booths, marketing brochures, and corporate branding materials.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of relevant experience in UX design and software engineering.
  • Bachelors Degree in IT or Computer Science.
  • Experience designing web/mobile applications.
  • Expertise in User Experience design, journey mapping, prototyping, UX copywriting, information architecture, Digital Transformation & Design System.
  • Knowledge of Agile, Scrum environments and human interface design guidelines.
  • Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Experience Designer, Adobe Creative Suite, Balsamiq, Visual Studio, PowerPoint, Firefox/Chrome Developer Tools.
  • Experience in HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap, and AngularJS.
  • Strong graphic design skills for marketing and branding collateral.
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills.
