Job Title: Support Service Coordinator-BSCP US

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Support Service Coordinator to join our team at Iron Systems. As a Support Service Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating with vendors and their related services to US and international customers. You will also be responsible for timely reporting to management about daily, weekly, quarterly and monthly performance figures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with vendors and their related services to US and international customers.
  • Prepare and submit timely reports to management on daily, weekly, quarterly and monthly performance figures.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors and internal teams.
  • Identify and resolve customer and vendor issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in vendor management and customer support.

Requirements:

  • Good understanding of vendor selection, negotiation, on-boarding and contract management.
  • Good understanding of sales order and purchase order processes.
  • Hands-on experience in MS Excel.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Problem-solving attitude to handle critical cases.
  • Out-of-the-box thinking to take initiative to resolve queries.
  • Self-driven with ability to take critical decisions when and where required.
  • Well-versed in customer/vendor handling and internal team coordination.
  • Proactive in sensing customer/vendor needs.
  • Experience in escalation handling.
