Job Description:

As a Support Service Coordinator at Iron Systems, you will be responsible for coordinating with vendors and their related services to US and international customers. This role requires timely reporting to management about daily, weekly, quarterly, and monthly performance figures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Vendor selection, negotiation, onboarding, and contract management
  • Sales orders and purchase orders
  • Hands-on experience in MS Excel
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Problem-solving attitude to handle critical cases
  • Out-of-the-box thinking to take initiative to resolve queries
  • Self-driven with the ability to take critical decisions when required
  • Well-versed in customer/vendor handling and internal team coordination
  • Proactive in sensing customer or vendor needs
  • Experience in escalation handling
