Job Title: Strategic Cost Management LeaderCompany Overview:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage cost management professionals within larger teams to deliver successful solutions for clients.
  • Support the management direction and leadership of the Cost Management stream.
  • Accountable for key account management and other business development related activity.
  • Participate in the Senior Management team (SMT) for the region.
Service Delivery:
  • Promote Service Excellence through Target Income Costs (TIC) and Added Deliverables (ADD).
  • Ensure contractual risks are acceptable at tender stage and retained contract risks are effectively managed.
  • Maintain effective communication with Director, staff, and fellow Associate Directors.
  • Administer commercial contracts for Mumbai business units services in line with policy.
  • Capture lessons learned / best practices from commissions within the Knowledge Management system as Education.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Relevant experience of working preferably for a construction consultancy in India/abroad.
  • Hold a graduate degree preferably in Cost Management and possess good technical skills.
  • Demonstrated career growth graph with 15-20 years work experience.
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
  • Negotiation and influencing skills.
  • Capability to relate and communicate with people from diverse backgrounds at all levels of the industry.
