About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Process Consultant to join our Utilities Services Expert Team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as a trusted advisor to provide solutions to complex customer requirements.
  • Closely work with architects, functional consultants, and business process owners to identify solution gaps.
  • Conduct workshops with customers and IT teams to analyze requirements and present solutions.
  • Prepare technical design documents and develop WRIECF objects.
  • Prepare test data for unit testing.
  • Follow development quality standards, guidelines, and project timelines.
  • Identify defects and fix them to deliver high-quality objects.
  • Support knowledge sharing initiatives and identify training needs.
  • Define and maintain consulting services definitions and deliver services to customers.
  • Engage with C-level stakeholders to understand business requirements, current solutions, and propose new ones.
  • Provide expert consulting services for customers and projects on Utilities solutions.

Requirements

  • Minimum 12 years of total experience with 7-8 years in e2e SAP S/4HANA Utilities implementation projects.
  • Good knowledge of Utilities Data Model and hands-on experience in ABAP development.
  • Hands-on experience in working on Print Workbench Forms, interfaces with third-party systems, workflows, reports, and enhancements.
  • Knowledge of Machine Learning, CAI, Cloud Extension & Integration, and Innovation areas.
  • Hands-on experience in JAVA, UI5, WebUI, and Fiori.
  • Good knowledge and experience in complete development life cycles.
  • Ability to work as a team member in large projects in diverse cultures.
  • Skilled in managing senior customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Analytical, self-motivated, and enjoy problem-solving.
