Key Responsibilities:
- Providing HR generalist support to designated business lines and locations, aligning people strategies with organizational goals.
- Partnering closely with the business, HR Centers of Excellence (COEs), and Senior HR Business Partners to manage employee relations matters, ensuring adherence to policies and compliance with local laws and market practices.
The ideal candidate will have experience in HR partnering, ideally within the Financial Services industry, with strong knowledge of employment law and a broad understanding of core HR functions.
