**Job Description:**

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Investment Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our investment management group, you will be responsible for providing expert advice to retirement funds on investment processes, including investment policy development, asset allocation, and portfolio construction.

In this role, you will conduct regular performance evaluations of clients' investment portfolios, analyzing returns, risk, and fees. You will also assist clients in selecting and evaluating portfolio managers, conducting due diligence, analyzing investment strategies, and assessing fees and performance.

You will collaborate with clients to develop and implement investment policies and standard operating procedures that align with their objectives, risk tolerance, and regulatory requirements. Additionally, you will build and maintain strong relationships with clients, including regular meetings, updates, and reporting.

To succeed in this role, you must stay up-to-date with industry trends, research, and best practices in investment management, applying this knowledge to client engagements. You will manage multiple client projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.

**Key Responsibilities:**

**Requirements:**

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in investment management
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
