About Us: We are a youth casual-wear brand started in 2013, one of India's largest online merchandising platforms with licenses from top brands.

We sell products with themed designs such as superheroes, movies, TV shows, and cartoons, and we're at the forefront of the latest youth style and fashion trends. Our product lines include activewear, supima products, innerwear, personal care products, footwear, and kidswear.

Our team works smart, owns their work, and thinks like leaders. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading our marketplaces business and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage marketplaces business for fashion brands.
  • Have working knowledge of Myntra, Amazon, FK, Nykaa seller Panels, and OMS - Univommerce/ Vinculum/ Incref.
  • Lead PnL calculation and convert this understanding to meaningful day-to-day decisions.
  • Lead a team of Ops and MIS personnel to drive business.

Requirements:

  • Strong analytical skills and number crunching to make executive decisions.
  • Strong understanding of marketplace nuances and algorithms to scale business.
  • Strong negotiation skills.
  • Good written and verbal communication.
  • Strong internal stakeholder management.
  • Understanding of AI tools to aid marketplace business, SQL, Python, etc.
  • 7+ years of experience in Marketplaces or similar field.
