Program Management Associate

We are seeking a Program Management Associate to join our team in Mumbai. The role will focus on planning, executing, and managing strategic school engagement programs in collaboration with partner schools.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about education, events, and program management. Key responsibilities include planning and executing strategic events & activities in onboarded schools, designing student engagement activities, coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders, and ensuring smooth event operations.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong PPT and presentation design skills, hands-on experience in event planning and operations management, ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively, and a proactive, detail-oriented, and problem-solving mindset.

Freshers with strong skills or candidates with 0-2 years of experience in program management, events, or operations are encouraged to apply. Individuals who enjoy working with schools, planning student-centric activities, and managing events will thrive in this role.
