About the Role:
Sika is a leading specialty chemicals company seeking a Sales Manager for Construction Chemicals to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have 5-8 years of experience in construction chemical sales and a degree in Civil Engineering or Marketing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Pursue sales leads and achieve personal sales objectives with the product range of assigned products in the assigned territory.
- Develop and penetrate target markets based on market intelligence.
- Support business development and customer management by identifying potential customers and providing updated market intelligence.
- Coordinate with customer services, supply chain, and logistics personnel.
- Identify and attract new customers, pursue new applications, and interact with corresponding process and product developers.
- Continuously increase market intelligence and update customer and competitor data.
- Negotiate and close deals or contracts with customers.
Qualifications and Experience:
Civil Engineering graduate or diploma, or Management Graduate in Marketing (desired). 5-8 years of experience in construction chemical sales.
