Role Overview:

We are seeking a Brand Manager to join our organization. This is a high-ownership position where you will be responsible for taking new categories from 0 to 100 Cr in 2 years.

The ideal candidate will work at the intersection of product development, consumer insights, P&L ownership, and go-to-market strategy while collaborating closely with procurement, supply chain, R&D, growth, and creative teams.

Main Responsibilities
  • Partner with R&D and supply chain to define product roadmaps – from concept to launch.
  • Identify levers to optimize product-market fit, profitability, and portfolio expansion.
  • Continuously mine consumer triggers, barriers, and feedback across the 1-to-N purchase journey.
  • Conduct competitive benchmarking and leverage insights to refine positioning and messaging.
  • Lead the creative supply chain – work with the in-house creative team to generate performance assets across Meta, Google, and other funnels.
  • Develop brand narratives and drive execution across digital, marketplace, and offline channels.
  • Own category P&L including sales, pricing, discounting, margins, and bottom line.
  • Provide accurate forecasts (6–12 months) to business finance teams and track performance against targets.
Key Skills and Qualifications
  • 4–6 years of experience in FMCG / Consumer Brands in brand management, category management, or digital growth roles.
  • Strong understanding of digital-first brand building and P&L management.
  • Hands-on exposure to performance marketing, GTM launches, and lifecycle marketing.
  • Analytical mindset with comfort in working with dashboards, insights, and financials.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with R&D, supply chain, growth, and creative teams.
  • MBA from Tier-1 / Tier-2 institute preferred.
