Product Launch Manager

About this Role
We are seeking a skilled Product Launch Manager to oversee demand forecasting, inventory management, and supply chain optimization in India.
This role requires strong analytical skills, collaboration with key stakeholders, and a proactive approach to improving operational efficiency.
Main Responsibilities:
- Conduct market and competitive analysis of product categories to provide in-depth industry insights and data support for product launch strategy formulation.
- Assist in formulating and implementing complex product positioning, pricing strategies, sales channels, and promotion plans based on comprehensive market analysis.
- Work closely with product development, sales, marketing, and customer support teams to ensure effective communication and execution of strategies within the organization.
- Participate in key product launch projects, assist in planning, resource allocation, risk management, and monitor and optimize the project execution process.
- Analyze and evaluate the effectiveness of product launch activities, including sales data, market feedback, and ROI, and adjust market strategies based on the analysis results.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or above in marketing, business management, or a related field.
- 3-6 years of product-related experience, preferably with product launch experience in the consumer electronics or retail industry.
- Possess excellent communication skills and teamwork spirit.
- Proficient in market analysis tools and data analysis software, such as CRM systems.
